She was predeceased by: her husband Frank A. Spencer; her parents, Leonard Puckett and Eva Doyle Puckett; and her siblings, Harold Puckett, Wynona Puckett, Donald Puckett, Owen Puckett and Gay Skaggs.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Alan Spencer (Charla) of Hardinsburg and Barbara Watts of Elizabethtown; her sisters, Helen Goff and Nadine Dotts (Robert); her grandchildren, Jason Watts (Jennifer), Kerry Spencer (Lindsey), Elizabeth Watts and Kyle Spencer (Becky); and her great grandchildren, Gentry, Jase, Rylie, Hannah, Rhett, Luke and Samuel.
