He is survived by: his wife Migdalia Velilla; his children, Miguel Velilla, Jr. and Cindy Rivera; and his siblings, Lydia Feliciano, Candida Gonzalez, Eneida Velilla, Nora Velilla and Noel Velilla. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
