Robinson of Frederick, MD and Keisha Robinson Graham (Damion) of Captiol Heights, MD; his siblings, Leo Proctor, Jr. (Melanie) of Winchester, VA, Mitchell Proctor (Cynthia) of Charlestown, VA, Robert Proctor of Atlanta, Ernest Proctor (Donna) of Suitland, MD, Benjamin Proctor (Vanessa) of Atlanta, GA, Steve Proctor of Waynesboro, VA, Jeff Proctor (Shelley) of Waldorf, MD and Carolyn Scott of Goochland, VA; his son Warren Jefferson of Bryan's Road, MD; his grandchildren, NaShay A. Proctor, DaeJuhn M. Robinson, Willie J. Robinson, Jr., Damion Graham and Silas J. Robinson; and his great grandchild Kali Robinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
