He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur T. Duggins. He is survived by: his mother Gloria J. Duggins of Radcliff, Kentucky; his siblings, Cynthia A. Chappell, Carolyn 'Moon Rouse of Elizabethtown and Johnny E. Duggins (Lori) of Greenville; his nephews, Timmy (Jackie), Craig (Stephanie), Blake (Avery), David (Rosa) and Weston; and his niece Anna.
