He was predeceased by: his parent Hubert Cook. He is survived by: his parent Alma Lawrence Cook; his wife Lillian Cook; his siblings, Anna Smallwood and George Clarence; his stepson Michael Thompson; his children, Meredith Cook, Jr. (Dantha Collinge) of Frankfort and Mary Ann Sevenski of Ft. Meyers, FL; and his stepdaughter Sheila Wells of Lehigh Acres, FL. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
