She is survived by: her children, Luis E. Ortiz (Julia) of Suffern, NY, Carlos Ortiz (Marlene), Anasco, Samuel Ortiz of El Paso, TX and Sara Mercedes Ortiz-Roach (Scott) of Elizabethtown, KY; her sisters, Sarah (Noemi) and Ponce; and her grandchildren, Maria G. Roach, Victoria T. Roach, Daniel L. Ortiz (Nichole), Katya J. Ortiz, Carlos Ortiz Jr., Evelyn Ortiz and William Ortiz Jr.. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
