She was predeceased by: her parents, David Cleaver and Beatrice Cleaver; and her children, Betty Lynn Stewart (Missy) and Phillip Todd Stewart. She is survived by: her husband Reginald Cecil of Elizabethtown, KY; her son Teddy Stewart of Elizabethtown, KY; her siblings, Norman Cleaver of Louisville, KY and Betty Long of Elizabethtown, KY; and her stepchildren, Sherry Richardson, Cheryl Richardson, Valaresse Cecil, Terry Cecil and Dexter Cecil. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
