He is survived by: his wife Julia Linder Burba; his children, Paula Burba of Louisville, Terry Burba (Jeni) of Hodgenville and Tim Burba of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Christian, Sharayah Monasmith, Bryanne Butrum and William Burba; and his brother Paul Burba (Lois) of Cecilia.
