With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Martha Riggs of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2025 at the age of 68. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Priddy and Daisy Priddy; and her stepfather Leeland Goodman. She is survived by: her husband William Riggs; her children, Joseph Gibbs (Bloomfield), Terrence True (Brittany), Nicklas Riggs (Erica), Jennifer Sanchez (Javier), Daisy True (Rineyville) and Amanda Burkeens (Joey); her siblings, Rosie Dailey (Radcliff) and Danny Butler (Tammy); and her grandchildren, Aubree, Lizabeth, Itzaan, Feliciana, Chris, Evelyn, Alexionna, Nicklas Jr., Aailiyah, Neavaeh, Javier, Litzary, Ileana, Briley, Lilly, Emily, Lisa, Brenda, James, Kris, Tyler, Peyton and Terrance.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Manakee Funeral Home - Elizabethtown (2098 Leitchfield Rd, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
