She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Chmielewski; and her parents, Glenn Bailey and Esther Delaney Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Clagg, Donald, Leonard and David Chmielewski. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
