He is survived by: his sister Margie Goodin Knight; his son Mike Fogle; his grandchild Micky Fogle; his daughters, Vicky Knott (Larry), Sherry Recktenwald (Mike) and Kelly Lynch (Mardis); his grandchildren, Kelly Fisher (Tiffany) and Brooke Armstrong (Mike); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Fogle, Michael Fogle, Hayden Fisher and Easton Fisher; his pet George; his stepchildren, Patti Carroll, Linda Campbell (Bud), Charlotte Bragdon (Ron) and Rodney Gaddis (Heather); his grandchildren, Will Carroll, Katie Carroll, Emily Carroll, Bo Campbell, Eric Campbell, Todd Campbell, Jason Campbell, Belinda Hodges, Amanda Barney, Tommy Barney, Jessica Vanmeter, Jacob Vanmeter, Aaron Gaddis and Allison Gaddis; and also Haylie Vanmeter.
