She is survived by: her daughters, Nikita Horne of Radcliff and Taija Horne of Elizabethtown; her mother Wanda Patterson Dailey of Hodgenville; her siblings, Kathy Scott of Hodgenville, Dale Horne of Charlotte, NC, Lee Horne of Raleigh, NC and Joseph Godwin of Charlotte, NC; and her grandchildren, Jaelynn Horne, Triston Lackey, Curtis Beeler, Zoe Churchill and Mia Churchill.

The family requests that every visitor wear a mask or face cover and practice social distancing.
