With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leatta English (Elizabethtown, Kentucky), who passed away on February 4, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, McDonald Brashear and Gonzella Brashear; her husband Ernest "Buck" English, Jr.; her daughter Norma Sue English; her granddaughter Tomisha Churchill; and her siblings, William Douglas, Maynard Leo, Herbert Haskel, Carl Maxie, Edward Ray Brashear, Nettie Ray Brashear and Florine Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Don English, Michael English, Gary English, Dorotha Churchill, Carolyn Tucker (Harold), Pamela Haire (James) and Carla Jones (Charles); and her sister Norma Jean Moore. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
