He is survived by: his daughters, Kristy Basham of Leitchfield, KY and Ashley Welcher of Owensboro, KY.; his granddaughter Katie Mae Basham; and his brothers, John Lee Bradley (Mary), David Bradley (Gloria), Donnie Bradley (Shirley) and Joseph Bradley (Saundra).
