He was predeceased by: his father Leon Basham. He is survived by: his mother Doretta Basham; and his sisters, Vona Kay of Defuniak Springs, FL, Tamera Ashmore of Danville, KY and Judy Subora of Charlotte, MI. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
