She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Coffey (Donald) of Elizabethtown; her siblings, Leon Wingfield of Mt. Washington and Jean Smith of Hope, IN; her grandchildren, Mark of Elizabethtown and Kyle Puckett of Elizabethtown; and her great grandchildren, Skylah, Aaron and Kaiden Puckett of Elizabethtown. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
