He is survived by: his wife Joye Ann Yates Jaggers; his children, Marty Jaggers (Penny), Kelly Sipich (David) and Ellisha Wilson (Jeff); his grandchildren, Brooke, Josh, Leslie, Lindsey, Kristin, Rachel, Cassie, Jack, Ellise, Ace, Anna, Bailey, Brice and Jacob; and his siblings, Lucy Jaggers Stevens, Bebby Jaggers Lewis and Johnny Jaggers. He is also survived by his kids, grandchildren and extended family.
