She is survived by: her children, Phillip Crady (Loretta) and Leslie Collins (Toby); her grandchildren, Becky Maggard (Tommy), Renee Teel (Andrew), Austin Hale (Lane), Samantha Collins and Shelby Hale; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Gracie, Nolan, Andrea and Emberlynn.
