He is survived by: his daughter Emily Garten; his stepdaughters, Sky and River; his siblings, Brandon (Christy Wells), Richard (Renee Wells), Andrew Wells, Sky Garten (Tony Garten), Nila Penix (Burl) of Tomahawk, KY. and Tracey Vanover (Jason Jude) of Tomahawk, KY.; his cousins, Tiffany, Tom Piotrowski, Mikhale Piotrowski, Brooklynn Piotrowski, Emilee Mayes, JT Piotrowski, Luke Piotrowski of Elizabethtown, KY, Kris and Caroline Akers; and also Kelli Maynard of Inez Ky.
