He was predeceased by: his parents, William Montgomery and Ethel Howard Montgomery; and his sisters, JoElla Cuffeye, Ella Rea White and Barbara Jean Billingsley.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Montgomery of Elizabethtown; his daughter Shamona Seth; his granddaughter Kiara Seth; and his siblings, Edward Howard, Barry Howard, Peggy Harbaugh (Gary) and Linda O'Neal (Ronald).
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Percell and Sons Funeral Home (120 Haycraft St, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (107 Bishop Ln, Elizabethtown, KY 42701).
