He is survived by: his mother Sandra Janiece Fraser; his wife Laura Harris of Rineyville, Kentucky; his children, Janiece Carter of Woodbridge, Virginia, James Harris III of Woodbridge and William Harris of Woodbridge, Virginia; his siblings, Tammy Elias (Fred) of Cape Girardeau, Cheryl Keith (Greg) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Kevin Harris (Tina) of Cape Girardeau, Josh Armstrong (Tess) of Sierra Vista and Ryan Armstrong (Becca) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; and his stepchildren, Josh Mayberry of Greenville, Indiana and Tasha Mayberry of St. Louis.
