He was predeceased by: his father Rev. James Edward Jackson; and his brothers, Kenneth Ray Jackson and Barry Edward Jackson. He is survived by: his mother Mary Frances Boyd Jackson; his children, James Wesley Jackson, Jason Allen Jackson, Jesse Curtis Jackson and Julie Meredith; and his siblings, Martin Lane Jackson, Tim Jackson, Joanna Jackson and Eva Hay. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
