She is survived by: her children, Anthony Hawkins (Sheila) of Prospect, KY, Troy Hawkins (Anita) of Elizabethtown, KY and Cheri Elliott of Shawboro, NC; her siblings, Dora Miller (Stanley) of Sonora, KY and Gene Vance of Rineyville; her grandchildren, Jessica West, Catherine Trotman, Brittany Elliott and Steven Elliott Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Emily West, Aubrey West and Grace Trotman.
