He was predeceased by: his parents, Ancil Hendricks and Anita Hendricks. He is survived by: his wife Doris Hendricks of Elizabethtown; his son Parker Hendricks (Amanda) of Elizabethtown; his sister Linda Vanhoose (Jim) of Paducah; and his stepdaughter Cindy Smith (Jim) of Hopkinsville.
