She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jackson and Josie Clater Grimes; her aunt Lee; her uncle Tinnie Grimes; her husbands, Howard Mann and Ernest Cummins; her siblings, Robert, Bill Grimes, Maudea Grimes, Aline Ball, Edna Scott and Dorothy L. Morehead; and her son-in-law Ernest Hines, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Hines, Debbie Bryan (Danny) and Judy Millsap (Dan); her grandchildren, Darrel Hines (Vicky), Elaina Janes (Kelly), Michael Bryan (Allie) and Christopher Porter (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Ariel Betlej (David), Adamy Bryan, Jude Bryan and Norah Bryan; her great great grandchild Amara Betlej; and her brother-in-law Roger Cummins (Beth). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family is requesting that memorial donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, Hosparus of Central Kentucky or the Ronald McDonald House.
