She is survived by: her daughter Pam Clem (Timothy); her siblings, James Glass (Marie), Virginia Jones and Irene Minton; her grandchildren, Dakota Clem (Shayla), Timothy Clem Jr. (Stephanie) and James Clem (Cassie); and her great grandchildren, Brennan of Amelia, LJ and Lydia.
