Miller of Louisville, KY; his aunt Elder Nettie Lester of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandsons, Anthony Jamarcus Settles of Memphis, TN, Gonas Allan Settles of Bowling Green, KY and Gesiah Austin Settles of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
