She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Shultz and Bertha Shultz; her husband Bobby E Hart; her siblings, Gene, Terry Lee, Peggy Joyce and Hilda; and her son-in-law Louie Hodge.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Howard (David) of Cecilia, KY, Bruce Hart (Jeanene) of Elizabethtown, KY, Donita Jaggers (Tommy) of Sonora, KY, Lisa Shaheen (Michael) of Hodgenville, KY and Bobby Hart (Ronda); her siblings, Billy Shultz, Donna Mattingly, Brenda Henry and Vickie Greenwell; her grandchildren, Chuck Hodge (Charity), Michael Hodge (Christy), Derek Hart (Erin), Carrie Jaggers Maynard, TaLana Lasley (Tyler), Brad Beauchamp (Tiffany) and Kyler Hart (Mckenzie); and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Joshua, Kelsen, Kacie, Kamden, Bryce, Brody, Taylor, Easton, Tymber, Keller and Laramie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Valley Creek Baptist Church (4685 Springfield Rd, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family request that memorial contributions be given to The American Cancer Society.
