She was predeceased by: her husband John "Hank" Thompson; her parents, Lee Eads and Lorena Gardner Eads; and her siblings, Ethel Goff, David and Orvell Eads.
She is survived by: her children, Anetra Palmer-Ball (Bruce) of Louisville and Roger Thompson of Elizabethtown; her siblings, Stella Redman of Mt. Sherman, Linda Thompson of Mt. Sherman, Charles Eads of Vine Grove, Fielding "Cotton" Eads of Cox's Creek and Larry Eads of Summersville; and her granddaughter Cheynna Grissom.
