He is survived by: his sons, Robert Hamilton Martin (Jamie) of Elizabethtown and Ernie Ray Martin Jr. (Tamara) of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Aaron Ray Martin, Avery Shaw Martin, Colton Andrew Martin, Meredith Kay Martin and Zoeann Grace Martin; and his siblings, Vicki Martin Gaddie of Florida and Billy Joe Martin of Elizabethtown.
