He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest R. Wise and Roselene Elliott Wise Leach; his stepfather Louie Leach (Betty Jo Wise); and his grandson Jacob. He is survived by: his children, Eric Wise (Jennifer) of Elizabethtown and Melissa Wheatley (Montez Brown) of Radcliff; his brother London Leach (Lisa); his grandchildren, Alissa, Nicholas, Noah, Alaina, Patrick, Brooklynn and Jaxon; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Jackson and Madelynn.
