It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Louise Jenkins of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, born in Hardin, Kentucky, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Jaggers and Mayme Taylor Jaggers; her daughter Janet Adams Bryant; her great grandchild Cora Jean Dillman; and her brother Everett Lee Jaggers.
She is survived by: her husband James R. Jenkins of Elizabethtown; her children, Ritchie Jenkins (Jennifer) of Elizabethtown, Sherry Glisson (Rick) of Louisville and Vicki Abshire of Elizabethtown; and her sisters, Albirda Isom of Louisville and Patsy Lynn of Elizabethtown. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
