She was predeceased by: her parents, Ephron Joiner and Dewey Joiner (Mitchell); her husband Charles W. Eichem; her son Charles W. Eichem, Jr.; her grandsons, Michael Mills and Mark Mills; her siblings, Mabel Warren, William C. Joiner, Opal Walton and Reathel; and her son-in-law Richard N. Hutchinson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Alice Hutchinson, Lynda Elaine Pottinger (Louis) and Charlene Bharadia (Shabir); her grandchildren, Pamela Joiner, Perry Joiner (Katy Hayden), Todd Hutchinson (Jeanne), David Mills (Suzanne), Kimberly Fuller, Jennifer Perigo, Rebecca Frakes (Robert) and Imron Bharadia (Jessica); and her siblings, Leon Joiner, Glenn Joiner and Virgie Barber. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.

She was a driller on the wings of the P-47 Thunderbolt, and worked 12 hours a day, as she was proud of her contribution to the War effort for our country.
