She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude McDougal and Mary Phelps; her husband William Earl Taylor; her children, Michael Taylor and Sharon Massenburg; and her siblings, Robert McDougal, Joe Louis McDougal, Charles McDougal, Claudine Thomas and Mabel Lee.

She is survived by: her children, Robert E. Taylor, Randall L. Taylor (Lisa), Sandra Polk (Tim), Beverly Taylor and Denise Bell (Barry); and her sister Mary Blanche Woods. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren.
