He was predeceased by: his parents, Sedley McCoy and Lorene McCoy; his brothers, Edward McCoy (Wanda) and Randell McCoy (Juliet); and also Mark McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Dian McCoy; his children, Cheryl Hart (Rick) of Rineyville, Karen Wimsatt (Joe) of Elizabethtown, Kenneth McCoy (Darlene) of Elizabethtown and Robert McCoy (Camille) of Elizabethtown; his brother Samual McCoy of Ekron; and his siblings-in-law, Lavonne McCoy of Rineyville and Joey Parker (Ettie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren.
