She was predeceased by: her husband Duel L. Denham; her daughter-in-law Linda Denham; her parents, William Ray and Lottie Luttrell Ray; and her sister Zula McCombs.

She is survived by: her son David L. Denham; and her grandchildren, Chris Denham (Feleshia) of Elizabethtown and Seth Denham of Elizabethtown.
