She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hicks Allen and Rosie Pearl Humphrey Isaacs; her sisters, Joyce Watts, Lorene Overby and Lois Doss; and her niece Anita Hall Crain.

She is survived by: her nephews, James H Doss of Jacksonville, FL and Chuck Watts of Louisville; and her niece Paula Phillips of Elizabethtown.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, it is required that every visitor wear a face mask or face cover.
