He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Wethington and Gladys Ward Wethington; and his nephew Ethan Lowe. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Wethington (Susan) of Sonora, KY and Richard Luttrell (Jamie) of Bowling Green, KY; his siblings, Philip Wethington (Mary) of Sidney, OH and Mary Rose "Rosie" Brunner of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Ashlee, Abigail Wethington, Luke Luttrell and Jasmine Milam (Sam); his great grandchild Millie Milam; and his nephews, Walker, Christopher, Michael Coffman, Gary, David Lowe, Josh and Tim Wethington.
Social distancing guidelines must be followed by everyone in attendance.
