He was predeceased by: his wife Mable Louise Osborne; and his parents, Charles Osborne and Lucille Wheeler Osborne. He is survived by: his children, Anita Shep (James), Doug Osborne and Duane Osborne; his siblings, Ken Osborne (Faye), Larry Osborne (Diane), Brenda Lucas (Ron) of Versailles and Melinda Noe (Wayne) of Elizabethtown; and his grandchildren, Charlie Osborne, Mary Osborne, Gracie Osborne, Lily Osborne and Chapman Osborne.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Immanuel Baptist Church, or Glendale Christian Church.
