She is survived by: her husband Jesse Mattingly Jr.; her son Richard Mattingly (Nancy); her stepson Perry Mattingly (Debbie); her daughters, Kelly Lewis and Donna Sayre; and her grandchildren, Cory, Monica, Carrie, Amy and Sharon. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
