He is survived by: his wife Linda Faulkner Fultz; his children, David Fultz, Jr., John Fultz, Dorothy and Amanda Fultz; his siblings, Tom Smock, Michael Fultz, Karlene Kent, Bonnie Dant, Leslie Smith and Carolyn Culver; and his grandchildren, Christian and Noah Fultz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
