He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Callaway and Eleanor Phillips Callaway; and his wife Audrey Thomas Callaway. He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Escue (Darrin) of Leitchfield and Jenny Callaway of Virginia Beach; and his sisters, Diane Cann of Louisville and Sharon Hutchison of Mount Washington. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
