He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Mathews (JC); his stepdaughters, Ashley Bean and Lacey Cundiff (Bradley); his siblings, Bonnie Davenport (Buddy), Gary Mathews (Mary) and Mike Stier (Sharon); his stepbrother Kai Summers (Nora); and his grandchildren, Rayleigh, Olivia, Jasper Logsdon, Aubrey Lambert, Aria Phillips, Bryden, Remi and Bryson Cundiff (Cathy Mathews).
