He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Douglas P.; his brother Douglas H.; his wife Andrea Billings of Elizabethtown, KY; his daughter Christina Billings of Louisville, KY; his mother Barbara Billings of Washington; his brother Richard A. Billings of Washington; and his aunt Carole Donnelly.
