He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Monroe and Gladys Stroupe Waller; and his brothers, Roy Waller, James Waller (Bud) and Michael Waller.
He is survived by: his spouse Peggy Waller; his children, Karen Crittendon of Elizabethtown, KY and Christopher Waller (Candice) of Bixby, OK; his grandchildren, Sydney W Rodich (Reid), Max Waller, Nicholas Waller, Taylor Crittendon and Connor Crittendon; and his siblings, Ellen Moore, Evelyn Anderson (Robert), Patricia Reynolds (Carlos), Carl Waller and Jerry Waller.
