He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Garrett Morgan; his children, Joshua Garrett (Debra), K. Camille Morgan-Crippen (Frank) and Sarran Garrett; and his nephew William Hendrieth (Jean). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and five great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
