He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bryan Cantrell and Diana Harris Cantrell; and his sisters, Lisa Cantrell and Laura Gramman. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Cantrell; his children, Nathan Cantrell (Eileen), Kelsey Cantrell (Darin) and Katlin Cantrell (Donte); his stepchildren, Kyle Steele and Morgan Waxler; and his sisters, Carole Miller and Connie Holbert. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, as well as close friends.
