He is survived by: his wife Sheila Hall; his children, Jeremy Hall (Julia) of Nicholsville, KY, Josh Hall (Jessica) of Versailles, KY, Amy Lawson of Guston, Tamatha Flowers of Elizabethtown and Douglas Walden of Elizabethtown; and his father-in-law Henry Jessie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
