He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dude Sallee and Dorothy Christine Farren Sallee; and his brother Rev. Phillip Sallee. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Sallee; his children, Charles Alan Sallee (Sherri) of Elizabethtown, Michael Wayne Sallee (Kim) of Scottsville, Missy Conder (Steve) of Elizabethtown and Paula Blanton (Tom) of Sellersburg; his sister Rebecca Kerr of Cecilia; and his grandchildren, Ariel Miller (Clayton), Emily Riggs (Jarrret), Demetria Hanner, Allison Dawson (Jake), Mallory Prahl (Nate), Reba Sallee, Tyler Sallee (Amanda) and Sarah Conder. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
