She was predeceased by: her husband Solomon; her daughters, Linda Howard and Michelle Skillman; her grandchildren, Nicole Denson and Juan Churchill; and her brother John T. Churchill.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Caldwell, Shirley Jones and Debra Montgomery (James); her brother Thomas Churchill (Valarie); her grandchildren, Shamona Seth, Angie Faraler (Duvall), Brandon Skillman, Brittany Caldwell and Triston Thompson; her great grandchildren, Terran Caldwell, Tearius Caldwell, Domnic Denson Camareius Caldwell and Kiara Seth; and her great great grandchildren, Adrian, Judah and Shanon.
